100% recommend

Delicious natural gel! Took a couple out on a half marathon, took one 30ish mins into my run and one around 60mins, absolutely perfect dosing for the exercise I was completing. The texture was excellent, easy to swallow, and no ill side effects afterwards. Would 100% use again, and would 100% recommend to a friend. Delicious natural gel! I got a tropical sample and took it out on my 12km run. Felt like a treat instead of the dread of needing a gel, delicious taste, good texture, not sticky or slimy and easy to open which is always an issue of me 😂I get the fear of stomach issues from gels on long runs and 6km into a 12km this gave me a great boost with no troubles at all!
